The Municipality of Halandri, in collaboration with local businesses and the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA), is launching a workshop under theToNoWaste project. Organized with EOAN and ACR+ as part of the European Week to Reduce Food Waste, this event showcases the transformative power of upcycling as a way to combat food waste sustainably.
The workshop, titled “Food Upcycling: The example of bread-beer” invites participants to take part in a journey toward mindful resource use, starting with everyday choices. It’s a call to “taste the future in the right way” by embracing upcycling and its potential to build a sustainable future.
