ToNoWaste Co-Creative Winter School

The ToNoWaste project aims to empower European food system stakeholders to make informed decisions that lead to more sustainable food production and consumption patterns. Using science, data-driven tools, and lessons learned, ToNoWaste works to combat food waste and promote sustainability.

The ToNoWaste Winter School 2025 will take place at the Las Naves building in Valencia, Spain the next February 24–26th.

Food Waste and Sustainability: Food waste contributes significantly to resource loss and CO2 emissions—challenges that can and must be addressed.
