As indicated in Practice Abstract 15, one of the pilot studies of the ToNoWaste initiative in Valencia (Spain) is carried out on persimmon. To obtain the results, CACV is collaborating with COAGRI, located in one of the largest persimmon production areas of the Valencian Community and known for its commitment to innovation.
