Within the framework of the European project ToNoWaste, pilot studies are being conducted in different European regions, addressing challenges related to food loss and waste. As detailed in Practice Abstracts 15 and 24, the focus in the Valencian Community has been placed on key agricultural products such as citrus fruits, through the direct collaboration of the cooperative COPOBLA.
