These guidelines were produced as an output of the Plate 12.3 project by Ekologi brez meja (Ecologists Without Borders Association) ENG – Smernice – Krožnik 12.3, which aimed to address the problem of food waste in select restaurants along with exploring the potential of providing more sustainable meals (e.g., plant-based, seasonal, and local produce) within the Slovenian context.
