The multidisciplinary nature of activities and the diversity of partners in the formation of European project consortia can pose a challenge to the proper development of a project and limit the achievement of its objectives. In order to mitigate possible adverse effects, some basic considerations are presented here, based on the practical experience of managing ToNoWaste project.
