Zero Waste Austria’s pilot action aims to evaluate the intervention of a food waste workshop at schools as effective in changing household food waste prevention and reduction practices through the measurement of food waste at three different points in a given time period. This Practice Abstract describes the second round of school workshops that took place from April 19 to May 21, 2026.
