On September 1st,2022 the European project TOWARDS A NEW ZERO FOOD WASTE MINDSET BASED ON HOLISTIC ASSESSMENT on food waste prevention and reduction has finally started. The team of twenty-one partners from Spain, Austria, The Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Sweden and Greece already started with various on-line meetings to be well-prepared for the in-person kick-off meeting happening in Spain in the beginning of October 22.
