The ToNoWaste project aims to reduce food waste by improving networking between farmers and processing companies to directly convey surplus or unsold goods to commercial kitchens, exemplified by a planned cooperation between an organic food store and a school kitchen in Graz, Austria, where imperfect produce will be sold or cooked, enhancing food utilization and reducing waste.
