The ToNoWaste València pilot team visited Montpellier to study its food waste reduction strategies, collaborating with local organizations like Cuinatur, CIRAD, Universitat Jaume I, and others, exploring innovative food quality improvement processes, engaging with experts from the UNESCO Chair “Alimentations du Monde” and IPES-Food panel, and examining food waste measures in the Montpellier Central Kitchen serving municipal schools.
